Langless is a real-time voice translation app. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and what your rights are.

Langless is open to all ages. For children under 12, use requires the express consent of a parent or guardian, in accordance with Art. 14 of the LGPD. By using the service with a child under 12, the parent or guardian agrees to this policy on the child's behalf.
We adopt reasonable technical measures: encrypted communication in transit (HTTPS/TLS), a content security policy (CSP) and usage limits. Because translation happens in the cloud, your audio is processed by the AI provider you choose. To reach that provider, it travels through our server in transit (not recorded); this is not end-to-end encryption, and we do not store your audio. Your API key is stored only on your device — never share it publicly.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the site at least 14 days in advance.
